How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Receive your full refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return
Defective or Damaged Items
If your OZZ card arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and your order number.
