OZZ provides NFC-enabled smart business cards, tags, and bands, along with a companion mobile application and web-based profile platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use the OZZ app and activate your card, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. All sales are final except as provided in our Returns Policy.

5. Returns and Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you add to your OZZ profile. By adding content, you grant OZZ a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
